Ukrainian Vintage Co. at the Entrepreneur School: Inspiring the Next Generation

We are proud to share that Ukrainian Vintage Co. was recently featured as a guest speaker at the Entrepreneur School #I_AM_BOSS, an educational initiative dedicated to supporting young founders and innovators.

Our founder, Andrii Zhyvodorov — art entrepreneur, visionary, and creator of the UkrainianVintageCo family brand — was invited to speak to master’s students of the Innovative Entrepreneurship program.
The session turned into an inspiring and honest conversation about the realities of building a modern business.

During the event, Andrii spoke about:

🎨 The modern ART-business — how to combine creativity with entrepreneurship, find your niche, and build a loyal community;

🏁 Starting your own company — what is truly necessary to begin and avoid burning out in the early stages;

📈 Scaling and risks — how to make growth decisions and what hidden pitfalls entrepreneurs should be aware of;

💼 Investing in the future — where to look after achieving the first business successes;

🤝 Building a dream team — how to find the people you genuinely want to work with, and how teamwork accelerates results.

Andrii shared real experiences, insights, wins, and difficult lessons — the kind of stories that help young entrepreneurs feel less afraid to try, make mistakes, and keep moving forward.

We are grateful to Associate Professor Victoria Klochkovska of the Department of Entrepreneurship, Corporate and Spatial Economics for the organization and invitation.
