This oil painting cardboard, titled "Far away in the silence of nature", the painting captures a serene and picturesque countryside at sunset, where the natural world is bathed in a symphony of warm and cool colors. The bold, expressive brushstrokes and the impasto technique bring depth and texture to the landscape, creating a sense of movement and atmosphere. In the foreground, the lush green grass is painted with thick, dynamic strokes of yellow and green, conveying the richness of the land. The light and shadow interplay adds a feeling of depth, suggesting rolling fields stretching into the distance. Scattered haystacks, painted in subdued tones with hints of blue and yellow, indicate an agricultural setting, giving the scene a peaceful, rural character. At the center of the composition, a prominent tree with fiery red foliage stands tall against the backdrop of open fields. The thick layers of paint used for the tree create an almost sculptural effect, making it a striking focal point of the artwork. The branches appear to reach toward the sky, their intense colors reflecting the glow of the setting sun. The middle ground reveals a patchwork of fields, painted in vibrant oranges and deep blues, suggesting the changing light as the sun dips below the horizon. Small, dark shapes of distant buildings or houses nestled within the landscape hint at human presence, yet the painting maintains a feeling of vastness and solitude. The sky is a breathtaking blend of pink, orange, and purple, contrasting beautifully with the greens and blues of the land below. The gradient of colors suggests the final moments before twilight, when the sky is illuminated with the last warm hues of daylight. The seamless transition between these colors creates a dreamy, almost surreal quality, making the viewer feel immersed in the tranquility of nature. The overall mood of the painting is one of peaceful isolation, a moment of reflection far from the noise of the world. The artist’s use of color and texture evokes the feeling of being deeply connected to nature, allowing the viewer to experience the quiet beauty of a rural landscape at dusk.
