About the artists: Born on October 26, 1914, in the city of Astrakhan, Russia. Graduated: Astrakhan Art College (1937), Kharkov Art Institute (1951). Teachers in the specialty: I. Deitz, M. Deregus, S. Prokhorov. Painter and graphic artist. The author of portraits, landscapes, still lifes. He worked as a teacher at the Kharkov Children's Art School (1959-1974). Participated in exhibitions: republican and regional (since 1955). Personal exhibitions - in Kharkov (1983, 1992-94, 1999; 2001, 2004 - posthumous), Chuguev, Kharkov region (2001 - posthumous). Main works: painting - "Self-portrait" (1950), "Winter Twilight. Kharkov ”(1952),“ Solar Daisies ”(1954),“ Pretty Woman ”(1955),“ Winter Morning ”(1957),“ Bakhchisarai Fountain ”(1960),“ Victor ”(1961),“ Girl. Childhood ”(1964),“ Loneliness ”(1966),“ Thaw ”(1968),“ Student ”(1972),“ Late Autumn ”,“ Blooming Ukraine ”(1981),“ Anthem to the Flowers ”(1994),“ Bird Cherry "(1997)," The End of the Life of Roses "(1998); Graphics - "Self-portrait" (1954), "Sorrow" (1955), "Winter" (1964), "Stranger" (1990). He lived and worked in Kharkov, died 2000.
