Are the paintings shipped stretched on a frame or rolled?

Paintings that exceed the size of 90 cm / 35.43 inches will be shipped rolled in a tube (if the painting's coating permits).

How are the paintings insured?

All our paintings are insured during transportation to protect against damage or loss. The insurance value is included in the shipping cost. For more detailed information regarding the insurance coverage, please contact us directly.

What is your return policy if I don't like the painting?

We offer a completely Hassle-Free Exchange. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the painting within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or exchange, no reason needed. The painting must be returned in its original condition. Please note that the costs of return shipping will be split evenly between us.

What should I do if the painting arrives with defects?

We carefully package our paintings, and instances of damage are highly unlikely. However, if your painting does arrive with defects, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the return and offer you a full refund, exchange, or repair, depending on the extent of the damage and your preferences.
