About the artists: Born on July 01, 1923 in the village of Shulginka, Yekaterinoslavskaya province (now Starobilskiy district of Luhansk region). Studied at the Lugansk Art School (1940-1949). Teachers by profession: P. Tishchenko. Painter. Member of the 2nd World War. Participated in exhibitions since 1950. Major works - paintings: "Portrait of a Student" (1950), "Day off" (1951), "Presenting the Red Banner ..." (1954-1955), "Forest" (1957), "Luhansk "(1960)," Birches. 1941 "(1961)," Portrait of a collective farm foreman "(1961)," Spring horizons "(1963)," When the larks sing "(1984)," April wind "(1985)," Under the mountain ash "(1986) and others. The works are kept in the Lugansk Regional Museum. He died on May 28, 1989 in Lugansk.
