Born on October 7, 1911, in the city of Mogilev-Podilsky (now Chernigov region). Graduated from the Kiev Art Institute (1939). Teacher by profession - O. Shovkunenko. He worked in the field of easel painting. Member of the Great Patriotic War. Lived and worked in the city of Kiev. He died on March 21, 1989.
