"Viburnum on the Table" is a captivating oil painting that intricately captures the essence of a harmonious still life arrangement

This masterpiece by Ivanyuk Oksana showcases a vibrant ensemble of flowers, with the spotlight on a striking cluster of viburnum berries, known for their deep cultural resonance in Ukrainian heritage. The painting is a symphony of colors, where delicate whites, rich purples, and intense shades of red and orange intertwine to depict a lush, organic composition.

The central motif of viburnum, traditionally symbolizing home and the richness of heritage, imbues the artwork with a sense of rootedness and cultural depth. Set against a subtly illuminated backdrop, the arrangement springs to life, its vivid colors creating a stark yet harmonious contrast. A carefully placed cup in the artwork's foreground introduces an element of everyday life, evoking a sense of calm, contemplation, and the intimate beauty found in ordinary moments.

This painting is more than a visual treat; it's a tribute to the serene beauty of nature, the comfort of home, and the enduring allure of traditions. It invites viewers to appreciate the quiet elegance of nature's offerings and the warmth of a space that feels like home.
