About the artist: Ukrainian artist and cinematographer. Honored Artist of the Ukrainian SSR.
Victor Vasilievich Migulko was born on December 11, 1924 in the village of Gubnik (now Trostyanetsiy district of Vinnitsa region).
In 1926, the family moved to Odessa, where the future artist graduated from the 101st school.
Member of the Great Patriotic War.
In 1947 he graduated with honors from the painting department of the Odessa Art College named after MB Grekov. Teachers: Bukovetsky E.I., Muchnik L.E., Krainev D.K., Sheluto N.A.
Since 1946 - a participant in republican, all-Union and foreign art exhibitions.
Victor Migulko continued his studies in Moscow and in 1953 he graduated from the art department of the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography (VGIK). Thesis: "Ivan Franco".
After graduation, he worked at the A. Dovzhenko Kiev Film Studio.

As a production designer, he participated in the creation of performances at the Lesya Ukrainka Academic Theater of Russian Drama and at the Ivan Franko Drama Theater in Kiev.
Member of the Union of Artists and Cinematographers of Ukraine.
In 1974 and in 1984 in Kiev there were personal exhibitions of the artist.
In 1978 he received the honorary title "Honored Artist of the Ukrainian SSR".
In 2007, a posthumous exhibition of the artist was held at the Odessa House of Scientists.
The works of Viktor Vasilievich Migulko are presented in museum, gallery and private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
